When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post.
Metro Areas: Orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday may be delivered within 2 business days.
Regional Areas: Orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday may be delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
Occasionally unavoidable delivery delays may occur and delivery days may increase.
Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within the next business day.

Orders containing 'Make Your Own' products, placed during promotional periods and delivery to some rural areas may be subject to delay.

Spend $55 or more? We'll ship your Havaianas for FREE! Spend under $55? We'll ship your Havaianas for a flat free of $10.
Changing your shipping address
We know you want your order fast so our team at the warehouse aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible which means we're unable to make changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please contact us if you have any questions here.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia. Havaianas is distributed worldwide and each country has their own authorised distributor. You can browse all international stores here.
Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?
Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box in Australia.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact Australia Post here
and quote your tracking number. You can find these details within your shipping confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your shipping confirmation email. If the matter is not resolved through the postal company, please contact the Havaianas Australia Customer Service team here

Can I ship an order as a gift?
Havaianas make the perfect gift and sending a pair to a special someone is easy! Just put the recipents details in the shipping section when you're checking out, but use your email, and include your details in the billing section.
