How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post. Orders placed for metro areas before 10am AEST - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be received within 2 business days*. Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Postage and handling costs
All purchases over $49 are eligible for free shipping.
Standard shipping for purchases $49 and under is charged at a flat fee of $4.95.
Changing your shipping address
We know you want your order fast so our team at the warehouse aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible which means we're unable to make changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please contact us if you have any questions here.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia.
Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?
Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box in Australia.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
If you have received a Shipping Confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact Australia Post here
and quote your tracking number. You can find these details within your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your Shipping Confirmation email. Can I ship an order as a gift?
Yes, you can ship any order as a gift. During the checkout process simply select the 'add gift wrapping' option and remember to fill in the recipients details into the shipping address fields. See more information about Gift Wrapping designs and charges here
