When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post.
Metro Areas: Orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday will be delivered within 2 business days.
Regional Areas: Orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
Occasionally unavoidable delivery delays may occur. Orders containing 'Make Your Own' products, placed during promotional periods and delivery to some rural areas may be subject to delay.

Postage and handling costs All purchases over $55 are eligible for free shipping and under is charged at a flat fee of $10.
Changing your shipping address
We know you want your order fast so our team at the warehouse aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible which means we're unable to make changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please contact us if you have any questions here.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia.
Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?
Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box in Australia.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
If you have received a Shipping Confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact Australia Post here
and quote your tracking number. You can find these details within your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your Shipping Confirmation email. If the matter is not resolved though the postal company, please contact the Havaianas Australia Customer Service team here

Can I ship an order as a gift?
Yes, you can ship any order as a gift. During the checkout process simply select the 'add gift wrapping' option and remember to fill in the recipients details into the shipping address fields. See more information about Gift Wrapping designs and charges here
