Spend $55 or more? We'll ship your Havaianas for FREE! Spend under $55? We'll ship your Havaianas for a flat fee of $10.

When will I receieve my Havaianas?

  • Metro Areas: orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday may be delivered within 2 business days.
  • Regional Areas: orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday may be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. 
Our distribution centre is closed on weekends and public holidays. Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Please note, when an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

How will my Havaianas be sent?

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, your order is in the safe hands of Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left our distribution centre. Track your order here

All Havaianas online orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery, a calling card will be left in your letterbox indicating the collection point from which you can collect your parcel (you will need to present photo ID to collect your parcel).

Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box in Australia. 

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia. Havaianas is distributed worldwide and each country has their own authorised distributor. You can find and authorised international distributor here.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately we're unable to make changes to your order once you've placed it. This includes changing size or style, delivery address or payment method.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

Oh no! Please get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post for you. This may take 4-5 business days to be completed from when you contact us. 

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

Oops, on the odd occasion a mix up may occur. If you believe you have received an incorrect ietm, please send details together with a photo to our Customer Service team here.

Can I ship an order as a gift?

Havaianas make the perfect gift and sending a pair to someone special is easy! All you need to do is pop the recipient's details in the shipping section when you're checking out. Remember to use your email address and enter your details in the billing section when processing the payment.
