*Please Note: It normally takes a few hours between placing an order before the details become available through our Tracking Calculator. When a credit note has been used to place an order, it can take a little longer for the details to become available too. 

My tracking number isn't working

Let's first check you've entered the number correctly - the tracking number should start with S9Q, followed by your order number without any space or dashes. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email we sent you, after you processed payment.

What happens if my delivery isn't successful?

Your parcel will be returned to our distribution centre if:
  • You didn't pick it up from the post office within 7 business days
  • The nominated address couldn't be found
If this happens, our online tracking tool above will show the status 'return to sender'.

When your parcel arrives back at our distribution centre, we will get in contact with you directly to arrange a re-delivery. This can take up to 21 business days from the date the parcel was initially sent, and it may apply an extra cost to the customer.
