What is your returns & exchange policy?

If for any reason, you’re not happy with your online order or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
  • The item has not been worn
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached
  • A clearly marked note is present on the packaging outlining whether you’d like to receive an exchange or refund
  • A printed copy of the order invoice is included in the package with written details of the reason for your return/exchange
  • The item is not a “Make Your Own” product

Please note that fair wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. Fair wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs to products as a result of normal wear and/or ageing.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, simply log into your account and click on the "Your Account" tab to change/edit any details.

The only detail you cannot change on your own is your e-mail address that was first used to create your account. If you would like to update your e-mail address contact us here.

What's my login? 

Your account login is your e-mail address.

I requested a new password but haven't received it. What should I do? 

We recommend checking your junk e-mail. If you’re still having problems receiving the password, drop us a line here.

How do I unsubscribe from the Havaianas mailing list?

You can unsubscribe directly from our emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails. You can also unsubscribe by heading to the “Your Account” page and clicking the “Newsletter” tab. 

I can't sign into my account

If you’re having trouble signing in with your email address or password, please check you’re using the same email address and password you used when you first created your account.

If you can’t remember your password, please click the “Forgotten password?” link. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password.

How do I create a Wishlist?

Creating a Wishlist is an easy way to put items aside that you’re interested in. You can add items to your Wishlist from the product page, or from within your shopping bag. When you find something you like click the “Add to Wishlist” button and we will keep it in your Wishlist until you are ready to checkout. The item will stay in your Wishlist until it’s sold out or if you remove it. You can edit your Wishlist once logged in to your account.

Is it possible to buy extra straps?

Unfortunately, we don't sell straps and soles separately.

Can I customise and resell Havaianas?

Havaianas is a proprietary brand of São Paulo Alpargatas and any customisation that is not made by the company itself is illegal. Illegal customisation does not offer quality control and represents a risk for consumers. Havaianas Australia does not support any kind of customisation made without the approval and prior consent of Alpargatas.

What do I do if the item I am looking for is no longer available online?

Unfortunately popular items can sell out quickly online. If you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up quickly before it goes!

If the item you are after is sold out online, please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available there. You can find your nearest store by visiting the store locator.

We can also notify you if the item comes back in stock in your selected size. Be sure to enter your email address on the product page to be notified.

What are the gift card terms & conditions?

Havaianas gift cards are redeemable via the Havaianas Australia online store only and are valid for three years from the date of issue. Please note, Havaianas Australia gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

My promo code/gift card isn't working

Having trouble redeeming a promo code or gift card? Don’t stress, just follow our helpful tips below.
  • Always sign in into your Havaianas account before applying the code and proceeding to checkout.
  • Do not leave any space before or after the code number.
If you have attempted to use a gift code more than once and an “invalid” error message is now appearing, please clear your browser's cookies and history. You can then restart the same browser or try again using another browser and/or device.

Can I check my gift card balance?

Yes! You can check the balance of your gift card at any time here.

What if my product is faulty (Retailer)?

Please go to our Returns Portal to submit a credit request and receive your RA# before returning the faulty product.

How do I know if my order has left (Retailer)?

An electronic invoice is e-mailed once your order is dispatched from the warehouse. For more information, please contact your sales rep.
