How do I know my Havaianas size?

All Havaianas are in Brazilian sizing. This differs somewhat from European sizing. View our sizing information including centimetre measurements and Australian sizing equivalents here.

How can I clean my Havaianas?

Dip your Havaianas in water with detergent for a few minutes. Use a soft sponge (non abrasive) to clean them and then rinse them. Do not put them into a washing machine, this can damage the product.

How long does a pair of Havaianas last?

There is no exact answer to this because the durability of a pair of Havaianas depends on several factors, such as frequency of use, type of use, type of floor/ground, product care, among others.
As part of our Quality Guarantee, replacements can be analysed and processed up to six months after purchase subject to fair use guidelines. Fair use excludes mishandling, or conducting strenuous activities whilst wearing Havaianas (e.g. playing football, hiking, etc). In such instances Havaianas reserves the right to refuse a replacement.

I would like to buy additional straps, is it possible?

Sorry, but we don't sell straps and soles separately. 

Are Havaianas quality tested?

Yes! Before leaving the factory, in order for you to receive your Havaianas with the high quality you deserve, the products undergo several tests in our lab.

Can I customise and resell Havaianas?

Havaianas is a proprietary brand of São Paulo Alpargatas and any customisation that is not made by the company itself is illegal. Illegal customisation does not offer quality control and represents a risk for consumers. Havaianas Australia does not support any kind of customisation made without the approval and prior consent of Alpargatas. To customise Havaianas for personal use check out Make Your Own.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on ‘Make Your Own’ products?

Unfortunately not. As Havaianas ‘Make Your Own’ products are custom made we are unable to accept returns or exchanges so please choose carefully. If you need help with sizing please refer to our sizing information or contact our customer service team here.

How do I change my account information?

Login and use the footer navigation to access and edit your account details. Note that you can also change delivery and billing address on a case by case basis during checkout.

Why create a WishList?

Shortlisting is an easy way to keep tabs on items that you're interested in. You can shortlist items from the product page, or from within your shopping bag. You can edit your shortlist once logged in to your account.

Do you take backorders?

Unfortunately we do not accept backorders, but we can let you know when a sold-out item comes back into stock. To request notification enter your email address and your preferred size into the form on the sold-out product detail page. If the item comes back we'll send you an email to let you know!

How do pre-orders work?

From time to time we will make special items available to order before they are released. Items that are eligible for pre-orders are identified by a pre-order flag alongside the product image. To order these items simply add to your cart and proceed to checkout as you would for regular items. You will be charged full price on checkout and your items will be shipped to you as soon as they come into stock. Delivery dates will be detailed on the product's page.

Note that as we do not split shipments, orders cannot combine both in-stock and Pre-Order items or multiple Pre-Order items if they have different delivery dates.
